EVENT RUNDOWN
★ Truck Drop-Off: Bring your truck out early on Friday (3pm – 6pm) if you want to get ahead
★ Saturday Morning: All trucks must be parked and ready for judging by 9am
★ Gates Open to the Public: Come on in from 10am!
★ Judging: Runs from 10am – 2pm
★ Presentations: Winners announced at 3.30pm
★ Truck Pick-Up: Trucks can be removed between 4pm – 5pm
GROUND RULES
★ Please use common courtesy and have respect for eachother, others property, the venue and the volunteers giving their time
★ If you are not intending on camping in your truck overnight you may bump out of the event between 4pm and 5pm
★ If you are camping in your truck overnight please be considerate of those around you and keep the noise to a minimum
★ Please dispose of any rubbish in the bins provided around the venue.
★ Consumption of alcohol is strictly prohibited outside of the fenced licensed area
